yoga poses for PMS relief

Image
PMS is one of the most difficult phase that every girl has to bear every month. PMS comes with lots of pain, anxiety, cramps, acnes and discomfort. I  remember when my mom told me about periods she only mentioned that there are 3-4 days on which you'll bleed and have cramps. I was told the same by everyone around me. No one told me about PMS, the pain and sufferings along with it. I'm sure you also experienced it yourself with time. Every problem has a solution. I believe there is no better solution than doing yoga for any health disorder or a disease. Yoga and exercises at home have helped me to reduce period pain and ofcourse the cruel premenstrual symptoms too. PMS is not much prevalent in younger teens. The symptoms start showing up in older teens and early 20s of a girl. If not looked upon the hormonal changes occuring every month the symptoms worsens with age and the women in their 40s experiences the worst of the worsts PMS. YOGA undoubtedly has very effective results

This pandemic has been a rollercoaster ride for my hair. I literally had a lot of hair fall in the starting of the lockdown.  The reasons behind it were stress, anxiety and hormonal imbalance. Also I used to put a combination of coconut oil, castor oil and camphor on my hair earlier which turned to be so sticky, greasy and my hair does not respond much to this combination.          Although I was able to reduce dandruff problem with these oils but couldn't manage hair fall. My hair increased in length but their thickness was gone. I was left with long and thin hair.   Then, in the middle of April I came across an instagram ad of wow skincare- Onion Black Seed Hair Oil. It took all of my attention and i ordered the product from my near by pharmacy store. As there was full lockdown by that time i wasn't able to buy it online. Here are the links to buy this oil online, if you're interested or gets interested after reading what this oil did to my hair you can grab a bottle from
