  PMS is one of the most difficult phase that every girl has to bear every month. PMS comes with lots of pain, anxiety, cramps, acnes and discomfort. I  remember when my mom told me about periods she only mentioned that there are 3-4 days on which you'll bleed and have cramps. I was told the same by everyone around me. No one told me about PMS, the pain and sufferings along with it. I'm sure you also experienced it yourself with time. Every problem has a solution. I believe there is no better solution than doing yoga for any health disorder or a disease. Yoga and exercises at home have helped me to reduce period pain and ofcourse the cruel premenstrual symptoms too. PMS is not much prevalent in younger teens. The symptoms start showing up in older teens and early 20s of a girl. If not looked upon the hormonal changes occuring every month the symptoms worsens with age and the women in their 40s experiences the worst of the worsts PMS. YOGA undoubtedly has very effective results

Summer is on it's way and we all are at home due to the widespread of COVID-19. Let's just utilise our quarantine time to get a glowing and a tan free skin. We are well aware that all the shops have been shut down and we are not able to get cosmetics and skin care products as per our need. 


Some of you just had adopted the lazy routine while some of you are busy with your work from home, forgetting about your skin care routine. Need not to worry my girls, I've come up with few of the kitchen elements that will get you a glowing skin and helps to fight your all skin problems. So let's start with an amazing, magical and very easy to find elements in the favourite corner of your house :

1. TOMATO AND TURMERIC

These two ingredients will make you realise that why you have been using them in preparing food only? These will eventually show some wonders to your skin. Tomato is a rich source of vitamin C, when eaten raw it can also help to increase blood circulation, turmeric when taken with milk acts as an anti-inflammatory in your body and heals it. They can be together used as:

Face Mask
a) Cut tomatoes into pieces and make a paste using a mixer or grinder.
b) Pour the puree into a bowl and add 1 table spoon of turmeric powder.
c) Add 1/2 tablespoon of rose water and mix well.
d) Apply with a brush or fingers on a clean and dried face.
e) Wait until dried and wash with lukewarm water.

Scrub
a) Cut a tomato into half.
b) Take a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder into it.
c) Add vitamin E capsule content (optional).
d) Add 1 tablespoon sugar crystals and mix the bowl contents.
e) Dip the tomato into the bowl.
f) Rub the tomato piece on the face in circular motion.
g) Wash after 10 minutes with cold water.


2. RAW MILK

b) Add few drops of cool rosewater into it and mix well.
c) Take a cotton ball and dip it into.
d) Apply and rub it all over your face and let it dry for 5 to 6 minutes.
e) Repeat daily for good results.

3. CURD AND CUCUMBER
                                                                                                      
DIY: Refreshing and Nourishing Cucumber Honey and Yogurt Mask

Cucumber is the vegetable containing much of the water content and curd helps you to cleanse your skin pores and to remove tan.

Face mask
a) Take half cucumber and chop it into pieces.
b) grind them to obtain its pulp.
c) Add the pulp into a bowl and add 2 tablespoon of curd.
d) add half table spoon of honey and mix well.
e) Wash off with warm water after 15 minutes.
